※ Persons with disabilities who have functional impairments:
Individuals with physical or mental disabilities who hold an official disability ID or handbook.
※ Elderly people living alone or frail seniors who need assistance with daily activities:
Individuals aged 65 or older who require help with daily activities such as dressing, eating, bathing, or walking;
or seniors who have experienced weight loss, weakness in the lower limbs, or lack of energy.
※ Individuals aged 50 or older with dementia:
Those aged 50 and above who show symptoms such as reduced communication ability, memory loss, sleep disorders, or hallucinations,
or who have been diagnosed with dementia.
※ Indigenous people aged 55 or older with disabilities:
Indigenous individuals aged 55 and above who need help with daily activities such as dressing, eating, bathing, or walking.
※ Elderly individuals aged 65 or older with disabilities:
Seniors aged 65 and above who need assistance with daily living activities such as dressing, eating, bathing, or walking.
