Installation Notes
- This case presented a common problem of a very narrow stairwell. Most stairlift chairs are too deep from front to back to even fit in these cases.
- Cityfly stairlift chairs hug the railings and walls maximizing space better than other products. This can be done because of solid stainless steel construction – it means we can build the most compact designs, and not worry about structural integrity as 304 stainless steel is the most sturdy materials for stairlifts.
- In this case study, even if you can install our single chair stairlift, you normally would not be able to sit comfortably as your knees would hit the opposing wall (see image below). In these cases customers can comfortably sit sideways for their trip down the stairs.
