Kaohsiung Huang – Stair Lift

This time, we accompanied the engineer to Kaohsiung. In Taiwan, where space is limited and every inch counts, a stair lift that saves staircase space is especially valuable.
The solid rail allows the lift to stay closer to the handrail when navigating curves. The base is designed using principles of material mechanics, providing strong load-bearing capacity without occupying stepping space on the stairs. Crafted from smooth, durable stainless steel, it remains long-lasting and elegant even after years of use. Both space efficiency and safety have been carefully considered!
The fully enclosed safety armrest features an automatic power-cut safety stop if either armrest is not properly lowered, providing extra security during use. The footrest is also equipped with safety stop sensors on both sides, automatically stopping the lift with a gentle touch, so you don’t have to worry about trapping feet or other family members while riding.
We are truly grateful to the Huang family for giving our engineer, Mr. Fan, the opportunity to help Mom Huang overcome the challenges of climbing stairs. For this project, a stair lift was initially installed from the 1st to the 2nd floor. If additional floors need to be served in the future, the original rail can be extended upward, allowing family members to move freely and comfortably between all levels of the home.
