Both the seat and rail columns are made primarily of stainless steel, providing long-lasting durability and strong load-bearing capacity. The stair lift features our exclusive fully enclosed armrest design, offering users a secure and comfortable riding experience that brings peace of mind to their families as well.
- The stair-climbing system is installed along the staircase, with supporting columns placed approximately every two to three steps. Each column is engineered based on structural mechanics principles, allowing the rail to remain securely supported without relying on wall attachments or excessive screws.
- Installing a barrier-free home lift on this short, steep star-shaped staircase with a roughly 50-degree incline presents unique challenges. The system must remain close to the handrail to save space, ensure a comfortable gradient for safely navigating each step, and avoid heights that could cause unnecessary anxiety during use.
